Thanks and Praises for answered prayer

It's ok to laugh at yourself sometimes.

"And by this will, we have been made holy through the sacrifice of the body of Jesus Christ once for all."

Did you ever think of yourself as perfect?

Well you are! It's written in black and white.

Let's look at the next part:

"Day after day every priest stands and performs his religious duties; again and again he offers the same sacrifices, which can never take away sins. But when this priest had offered for all time one sacrifice for sins, he sat down at the right hand of God. Since that time he waits for his enemies to be made his footstool. Because by one sacrifice he has made perfect forever those who are being made holy."

You are PERFECT

You are being made HOLY

The words "being made" tells us that it's a process. A work in progress. There's a song that says, 'Kid, under construction, maybe the paint is still wet. Kid, under construction, God isn't quite finished yet."

Our Heavenly Father won't be done with us until we reach Heaven, but it IS a work in progress. It HAS begun and it WILL continue.

So just grab the hand of Jesus,

listen to the leading of the Holy Spirit,

read the word,

spend time with the Christian family network God has provided and

keep communicating with him in those quiet prayer times.

He will iron out the wrinkles in your character, in your life. And it won't even hurt much.

And keep remembering that you are perfect.

You got that way when you said, "Jesus, I can't do this any more. I can't be good enough. I freely state that Jesus is Lord, I know it in my heart and I admit it with my lips. I give you my life and I stand ready to be your child and your servant. I love you Lord. And now I know that your Word says I am saved, because I believe. I thank you that I am forgiven and I am rescued from the death that comes from sin. Thank you for the gift of life in you. Amen."
